Plans and pricing

Overdesk has three plans, Assist, Pro and Scale, each priced per seat. Drafts are unlimited on every plan, and there is no per-ticket charge. Every plan works the same way at its core: Overdesk drafts, and your team sends.

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro features, with no card needed. See Your trial.

Prices

Prices are per seat, in US dollars.

PlanBilled monthlyBilled annually
Assist$35 per seat per month$29 per seat per month
Pro$69 per seat per month$59 per seat per month
Scale$119 per seat per month$99 per seat per month

Every plan bills at least 3 seats. Every person in your workspace is a seat: see Seats.

The AI model usage behind your drafts is not part of this price. Drafting runs on your own Anthropic API key, and Anthropic bills you for it directly. See Usage.

Every plan draws on your past conversations, saved replies, help center articles and documentation sites. See Knowledge base and Customer context.

What counts toward a limit

Knowledge sources you choose are the ones you pick on a connect form: each GitHub repository, each Jira project and each Linear team counts as one, and a Notion workspace or a Google Docs connection counts as one however many pages it holds. The sources that come with your help desk never count: past conversations, saved replies and help center articles. Neither do your documentation sites or WordPress.org forums.

Help desk connections count Help Scout, Zendesk, Intercom and FreeScout. Slack and ClickUp are not help desks and never count.

When you reach a limit

If you try to add something your plan doesn't include, Overdesk tells you it isn't part of your plan and points you to Billing. Re-entering the credentials of a help desk you already have connected is always allowed.

Moving to a smaller plan deletes nothing. Knowledge sources above the new allowance keep syncing, and you can remove sources, but you can't add one until you are back under the limit. What the new plan leaves out stops at once: drafts stop citing customer context from the next draft, and reports and analyses outside the plan no longer run.

Only the workspace owner can choose or change a plan. See Managing your subscription.
