Overview
The Team page lists everyone in your workspace, the role each person holds, and the invitations still waiting to be accepted. Everyone on your team can open it. Admins and the owner use it to invite people, change roles and remove people.
What the page shows
- Members: each person's name, email address, role and when they last signed in. You appear with "(you)" beside your name.
- Pending invitations: each address invited, the role it offers and when the invitation expires. It appears only while an invitation is outstanding.
Admins and the owner also see Invite member at the top of the page, and controls to change a member's role or remove them. The owner's row never has either.
Roles
Every person has one of four roles, and each role includes everything the one below it can do:
- Viewer reads drafts, reports and analyses.
- Agent can also work on drafts, generate reports and run analyses.
- Admin can also change settings, guardrails and the team.
- Owner can also manage billing and delete the workspace. Each workspace has one owner, the person who created it.
The full breakdown is on Roles and permissions.
Seats and sign-in
Every person in the workspace counts as a seat, whatever their role, and every paid plan bills at least 3 seats. A pending invitation is not a seat until it is accepted. See Seats.
People sign in with a link emailed to them, so there is nothing to set up or share when someone joins. To add or remove someone, see Inviting and removing people.
