Your trial

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need a card to start, and the trial includes every Pro feature, so your team can judge Overdesk on real conversations before anyone pays.

What the trial includes

• Everything in Pro: all reports and analyses, Ask Overdesk in Slack, customer context and real-time help desk webhooks.
• No limit on knowledge sources or help desk connections.
• Reports kept for 90 days.

The trial works exactly like a paid plan in the way that matters most: Overdesk drafts, and a person on your team sends. See Plans and pricing for how the plans compare.

Your Anthropic key during the trial

Drafting, triage, reports and analyses run on your own Anthropic API key from the first day. The trial covers Overdesk itself. Anthropic bills you for the model usage on your key during the trial, as it does afterwards, and the Usage page shows how much you have used.

Keeping track of the days

While the trial runs, a banner at the top of the app counts down the days left, and on the last day it reads "Your free trial ends today." Its Choose a plan link opens the Billing page.

Subscribing before the trial ends

The workspace owner can choose a plan at any point during the trial:

1. Open Billing in the sidebar.
2. Pick annual or monthly billing.
3. Choose a plan and complete checkout with Stripe.

Billing starts the day you check out, and the plan replaces the trial straight away. See Seats for how many seats your first invoice covers, and Managing your subscription for the rest.

When the trial ends

If nobody has chosen a plan by the end of the 14 days, the workspace locks until the owner subscribes. Ending the trial deletes nothing. See When a trial ends.
